I
n Te Ngahere we have been learning about food webs. Food webs are a chain to show what animal eats what. We had to make a copy of this google drawing (link) and use arrows to point from the animal that the predator eats or the way that the energy flows to.
Once we finished doing that we had to compare the difference between the teachers food web and our food web.
The difference between their food web and my food web was that their food web had different colored arrows to show what each consumer eats. My arrows were only one color. Also their food web had more arrows pointing towards the stoat than mine. Mine also has more arrows pointing towards the Kereru then the teachers.
Have you ever learnt about food webs before?
